We offer a really special, exclusive camp for those that are looking for a relaxed, fun weekend with either your horse or one of ours. We have a superb top level coaches who will oversee the timetable of events for each camp to suit your needs.
Camps are perfect for people who want to improve their riding ability, knowledge and partnership with their horse and do it safely in a fun morale boosting environment- with the added bonus of great food and great company!

Our camps are run on a 4-1ratio- where else can you get this sort of attention and tuition? 4 people means friendships, fun and connections.
Our coaches are known for her skills in working with the whole partnership, not just the horse and not just the rider. They will also take the time to discuss useful tips and exercises for you to take home.
Steph Eddies Davies, the proprietor at Country Treks is a BHS Accredited Professional Coach and a British Equine Tourism Centre Manager so you will be in safe hands if you decide to enjoy the fabulous bridleways and hacking on the doorstep.
Our chef prepares supper and provides you a well earned break- you just need to bring the alcohol!
Our pods are equipped with fairy lights, underfloor heating, USB ports and the bathrooms boast power showers so you can get ready to enjoy a relaxed evening.
Itinerary Guide
Day 1: Arrive Friday afternoon/ early evening and have a tour of the yard and facilities. Settle your horse in. Evening pre dinner drinks and a get to know you introduction with your coach. The purpose of this is to start your riding camp journal and set your aims for the weekend. A relaxed evening homecooked dinner with plenty of chatter and shared experiences. Please bring your favourite tipple to enjoy with dinner. Optional fun archery session pre dinner if time allows.
Day 2 & 3: The format of the day will have been discussed with your coach on the Friday night but almost definitely will consist of a mix of lessons, hacking, pole work according to your requests with plenty of time for feedback and coffee/ lunch breaks.
You might even be put into jockey school or pony club games or for the competitive ones we can have a Sunday afternoon competition! Post horses bed time there are optional lake sessions- Stand Up Paddleboarding with professional coach. On Sunday afternoon we will finish with afternoon tea, prizes and feedback.
