Q. Can the voucher be sent directly to the recipient? 

A. Yes! If you wish to send a Gift Voucher directly to the recipient then let us know by using the 'ADD A NOTE' in the checkout. Please state whether you would like the voucher to be emailed or posted to the recipient.

Q. How will I receive my voucher? 

A. Once the purchase is complete, you will be able to download and print a copy of your voucher. However we will automatically send you one in the post to the billing address entered OR the recipient address as explained above.

Q. Will my voucher have the price on it? 

A. No, it will only state the experience on it (e.g. Horse Experience). Except from the 'Gift the Amount Vouchers' which will have the amount on it.

Q. When can I use my voucher? 

A. The vouchers are valid for 2 years!!

Q. How can I redeem my voucher?

A. Please email us at enquiries@horsetreks.co.uk or call us on 07815 092680 to book in your experience - we will ask for your voucher number.
